As a treatment provider for the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida’s Problem Solving Court, we are partnered to provide comprehensive outpatient treatment services for court-ordered clients. This program supports individuals in various stages of the legal process, whether they are participating in a diversion program, addressing probation, or working toward fulfilling court-mandated requirements.
Individualized Treatment Plans

Drug Testing
Each client participating in the program is assigned a specific color and must call 1-800-940-ICANN, extension 710, daily to check if their color is called. If their color is called, they are required to report for testing that day. Failure to report for a test when their color is called is considered an assumed positive result.These screenings are conducted through lab-certified processes, ensuring accurate and reliable results. The use of randomized testing helps to support clients in maintaining sobriety by adding an element of unpredictability, reinforcing responsible behavior, and aiding in long-term recovery success.
